Sion Kitson, England U23 Head Coach, joined MK College Sports Leadership Programme students and touring Futsal Institute (Australia)
Youth players to deliver a Futsal masterclass, and in turn, helped students and players learn from each other. Some exciting interaction and observations on a differing socio-cultural approach to the game as well as player motivations – all of which were open for discussion amongst the wide-ranging audience of age, knowledge and experience. This was supported in a workshop style delivery environment, using different game based scenarios to help give those participating some useful tools to understand better how their roles and behaviours strongly influence the outcome for their team.
