MK Mavericks Futsal Club are excited to accept the invitation to compete in Tier Two South of the inaugural FA National Futsal Series (NFS), the relaunch of Futsal in England and the FA's flagship Futsal Club competition. The Series will be held as a round of events, commencing on Sun 29/09 in Crawley, with Head Coach (Steve Punshon) and Club Captain (Flavio Damasio) attending the launch at St George's Park and being presented, alongside representatives from all Tier 1 and other Tier 2 (North and South) Clubs prior to the England v Germany Futsal International. First-class Futsal will be coming to MK over the winter with more details published soon!
The squad is still preparing for the season, with regular senior sessions 8-10pm every Wed @Courtside, MK College. There is still time to get involved as a player or as part of the Club as we start the journey on the first time a Futsal Club from MK has represented the region and Berks & Bucks County FA in the nation's premier Futsal competition.
